Very mid place. I had a weird experience with all the staff because it seemed like all the staff was either high or like robots. It did take a while when I asked for more bonchon and asked for a to go box. I have been here multiple times and always get the dolsot bimbimbap to go so I never truly experienced the vibe here but my girlfriend and I came and tried the veggie Korean barbecue and it was definitely a let down. I first thought we can barbecue our own dishes and they would place it but the staff did it. We order the assorted seasonal veggie and it came unseasoned. It was very bland and the staff undercooked it as well. We also got the mushroom jijigae which was good but definitely too salty. The bonchon was ok but nothing too great based on the quality. The best part of all the dishes was the potato salad which says a lot. I don’t know if we came at a bad time but it was definitely a weird experience because I really enjoy ordering the dol sot. The place is definitely spacious and nice that it has karaoke and a nice seating arrangements but overall experience was not good.

Spicy pork shoulder, short beef ribs in the barbeque where the waiter for the evening cooks for you till perfection. At the start you get an assorted sides too which stimulates your appetite. We then had japchae and korean wings which so good with glazed sesame sauce. There are a bunch karaoke rooms and a very aesthetic bar. The overall am ience of the place is pretty crazy. The bathrooms were super clean. We didn't have an reservation but came at like 8 so we got a table 😋🍜 #KoreanCuisine #Foodie #KaraokeNight but it started filling in pretty fast. Grt spot will go again

My friends and I came here for first time to celebrate a birthday and had an incredible experience. The service was amazing and the staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was seriously so good. The pajeon was the probably the best I’ve had in NYC (so fluffy & so soft) so far, and the fried broccoli was nothing like I’ve had before (so unique and yummy). The meat was high quality, and it probably helped that the staff cooked it for us. The japchae was delicious, although I wish the portion size was a bit bigger for the cost. There’s also karaoke in the back of the restaurant which was the best way to end the night. 100% recommend coming here with the homies for a special occasion :)

We rented Insa for our wedding celebration party. It was awesome! The team was great to work with (especially Carolina!) and everyone loved the food and karaoke. The cocktails were also delicious. I appreciate how well run the event was and how kind the staff was to everyone. Thank you!

The restaurant is pretty big with mostly large shared tables with built-in grills. The service was attentive. The food was good but nothing memorable. The chicken wings were perfectly crispy and juicy but slightly undercooked. The cuttlefish jerky was interesting but I thought the sauce was a bit too sweet. The fish corn dog did not resemble a corn dog but was enjoyable. The bibimbap was surprisingly bland but had nice crispy rice bits and very vegetable forward which I enjoyed.
